How do I choose an Endless Hair Extension? 

First, choose an install method (Clip In or Sew In), choose a texture based on your own natural hair texture, then pick the desired length and finally enjoy real hair that extends your own natural hair! Because my extensions are 100% Remy, Raw, Virgin hair, you can simply color the hair to any shade you like and is, therefore, less important than the texture. Clip in hair extensions or Sew clip in hair extensions.

Can I wash my Endless Hair Extensions?

Unlike your own natural hair, you can't wash, shampoo, and condition your Endless Hair Extensions as often.

You can wash, shampoo, and condition our premium Endless Hair Extensions as many times as you want for 2 significant reasons:

1) Since the hair is virgin/raw there have been no chemical or steam processes done to the hair so your extensions will retain their beautiful natural texture.

2) Since the extensions are Remy, the cuticle is intact and in a uniform direction. These extensions have not been stripped of the cuticle and washed or dipped in silicone to hide this fact only to have the silicone wash off after only a few washes leaving you with a tangled, matted, and expensive mess.

How can I wear multiple Endless Hair Extensions for even thicker, fuller hair?

When installing multiple extensions together, use the same texture for each extension to ensure a natural blend between the extension(s) and your own hair. See this video on how to install multiple extensions. Note that no two wefts, even of the same texture, will be exactly the same due to the hair originating from single donors. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

How often can I wear my Endless Hair Extensions?

Endless Hair Extensions are made from 100% Remy, Raw, Virgin hair so you can treat my extensions like your own natural hair. My extensions are also lightweight enough (the wefts are thin, and the beards are small) to be able to wear them throughout the day and even sleep in them at night without fatigue or damage.                                                

How much hair do I need?

An average woman will need between 2.5 ounces (70.8 grams) and 8 ounces (226.7 grams) depending on the amount of coverage, style, and volume needed. For instance, you may need up to 8 ounces for a full install versus around 2 ounces to add volume to thinning hair. You won't need to purchase as many ounces of Endless Hair Extensions to achieve the same beautiful, thick hair compared to other processed hair extensions because since the textures are naturally occurring, you will find that your new extensions blend in with your own hair quickly and simply.                                  

Can I style or color Endless Hair Extensions?

Absolutely! This is real hair. You can style, color, dye or bleach these extensions however way you want.

How long do Endless Hair Extensions last?

Since my extensions are real (100% Remy, Raw, Virgin hair), with proper care they should last several years or more before needing to be replaced.               

Do you use chemicals on Endless Hair Extensions?

We don’t use chemicals to achieve color or use steam to create the textures or curls. The textures are naturally occurring.

How do I install Endless Hair Extensions and how long does it take?

Do Endless Hair Extensions shed or tangle?

Just as real hair will tangle if not brushed regularly, so will my extensions if not brushed. Remy hair does help prevent matting. Simply brush and care for your Endless Hair Extensions along with your natural hair to ensure a smooth transition and to keep your hair looking beautiful. 

What is Remy hair? Remy hair is human hair collected from a single hair donor with the cuticles in the same direction.  

What is raw/virgin hair? Raw/virgin hair is untouched hair with absolutely no chemical or steam processes used to achieve a certain color or texture. You may find a strand of grey hair in some of my extensions.

Shipping and Delivery

We Ship Internationally!

FREE standard domestic shipping (3-5 business days) and calculated worldwide shipping offered. Your Endless Hair Extensions are shipped from our warehouse located in Florida.

It will take 1 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

Please note that if an inaccurate or incomplete address(es) are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it potentially will delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Please be sure to double check your shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

Your package will not require a signature unless asked to. Most packages will be delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. It's up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they decide it is unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Endless Hair Extensions, and thus cannot be refunded. 

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@endlesshairextensions.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ENDLESS HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes! We are happy to accept your set back for an exchange or refund within 60 days, as long as they haven't been worn or altered or installed. Please read our Return Policy and then e-mail info@endlesshairextensions.com when you are ready to proceed with your return or exchange. You must contact us prior to sending your return to obtain an RMA number and confirmation of such a return or exchange. Please note that refunds for extensions returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN OR EXCAHNGE?

Yes, customers wishing to return or exchange their extensions will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because Endless Hair Extensions will not be responsible for lost packages. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We will send you the different extension(s) after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extension(s) were not worn or altered. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1 business day to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. US orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping, and international orders may take anywhere from 6-20 business days. For more shipping details, please click here.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not worn or altered. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Note: most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We're sorry to hear your Endless Hair Extensions were not a good match! In order to initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail info@endlesshairextension.com with your order number and the following information, and we'll be happy to provide you with our return address and an RMA label if you qualify for a return. 1. Please read about our refund policy here or our exchange policy here. 2. By purchasing our product(s), you by default agree to our refund/exchange policy and guarantee that the item has not been worn or altered. Please e-mail us and copy/paste the following statement: "I, (insert your full name), agree to the Endless Hair Extensions refund/exchange policy and understand if Endless Hair Extensions finds that the item has been worn or altered, I will not receive a refund, and I will have to pay the needed shipping fees in order to get my worn or altered item back." Also, if you have any feedback as to why you are returning your set - we'd love to hear it! Customer feedback is what helps our company learn and grow.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We will provide a full refund or exchange on unworn and unaltered hair extensions within 60 days of the date that you receive your Endless Hair Extensions.

OTHER

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound. 

USA STATE SALES TAXES

Please note that Endless Hair Extensions charges state sales where applicable at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Endless Hair Extensions in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.

EUROPEAN UNION VALUE-ADDED TAXES (VAT)

Please note that Endless Hair Extensions charges a 20% VAT on all orders shipped to a country within the European Union (EU). These collected taxes are mandated by the Dutch government and Endless Hair Extensions in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the government. 

MILITARY MAIL

We do ship to military addresses. All mail is shipped via USPS to a military base who is then responsible for delivering the package to your final destination. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
